I visited the dealership for a recall notice on my Range Rover. I was greeted in the parking lot and told where to park. Whe I walked into the building I was immediately acknowledged and treated as a welcome guest. I was just getting an inspection so the appropriate parts could be ordered. While waiting, several people checked in. I was in and out in a reasonable time and advised of the next steps.

I only had 1 issue!!! I took my vehicle in for maintenance. I was told they did a complimentary $40 wash after servicing. I don't like to be lied to. That truck did not get vacuumed or washed. It had the mechanic's hand prints all on the hood and my windshield was dirty. When I pay with my money, I expect the best.

I have been purchasing vehicles for over 30 years and I have not experienced service quite like this. From the moment we arrived for our test drive the sales person was attentive without being pushy, knowledgeable and very informative. You could tell he loved his job. Once we agreed to the sale the paperwork was easy, they worked to get the best deal and the finance individual was out of this world. So personable and genuine I was shocked. Only 2 Land Rover dealerships are near us, both over 1 hr. 45 mins. away. The Columbia dealership had the car I was interested on their lot so this is why we chose that location. Service checkin and checkout was very professional and quick. The between requesting the appointment and getting was too long. The amount of time at service was a little excessive though.
This is the second time we bought a vehicle from this dealership. Jonathan Wheeler was our guy for our new Velar that we just purchased and he was an absolute pleasure to work with.
